Welcome to HiringAnt ("we," "our," or "us"). HiringAnt is an AI-powered recruitment platform designed to streamline the hiring process for Employers and Job Seekers through advanced algorithms, resume parsing, and automated screening tools.
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts and Roles
2.1 For Job Seekers (Candidates)
- Free Access: The Job Seeker platform is 100% free to use.
- Resume Parsing: You agree to have your uploaded resume parsed by our AI to extract skills, experience, and education data.
- AI Matching: Our AI will use your profile data to match you with relevant job opportunities using our proprietary matching algorithms.
- Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring your profile information and resume details are accurate and truthful.
2.2 For Employers (Clients)
- Job Postings: You may post job vacancies which will be distributed to our candidate pool.
- AI Screening: You acknowledge that our "AI Screening" and "AI Score" features are decision-support tools. They do not replace human judgment.
- Hiring Decisions: You retain full responsibility for all hiring decisions. HiringAnt does not guarantee that any candidate will be suitable or available.
3. Subscription and Payments
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We offer the following tiers for Employers:
3.1 Free Plan
- Includes limited active job postings (2 posts).
- Limited AI screenings (30/month) and applications (100/month).
- Does not include automated interview scheduling.
3.2 Pro Plan
- Cost: ₹3,999/month (or ₹39,990/year).
- Includes unlimited job postings, AI screenings, and applications.
- Includes advanced features like Auto-Email Triggers and Interview Scheduling.
- billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
3.3 Enterprise Plan
Custom pricing for organizations requiring verified SLAs, on-premise deployment, or white-label options. Terms will be defined in a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA).
4. AI Technology Disclaimer
- Third-Party Models: We utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) from providers like OpenAI to power our resume parsing and chat features.
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive for high precision, AI models can hallucinate or misinterpret data. You should verify critical information independently.
- Bias Mitigation: We design our prompts to minimize bias, but we cannot guarantee that the underlying AI models are completely free of bias.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Post non-existent or fake job opportunities.
- Scrape candidate data or use the platform for marketing/spam.
- Reverse engineer our AI matching algorithms or pricing models.
- Share login credentials with unauthorized users.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policies are detailed in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Generally, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period once active.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIRINGANT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR HIRING OPPORTUNITIES.
