Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your HiringAnt "Pro" subscription at any time via your Employer Dashboard.

  • Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No Further Charges: You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Data Access: After your subscription ends, your account will revert to the "Free" plan, and access to premium features (e.g., historical AI screenings above free limits) may be restricted.

2. Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds for partial use or unused time in an active subscription period. However, we understand that exceptions occur.

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

We may grant a refund in the following cases:

  • Billing Error: You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our end.
  • Service Unavailability: The HiringAnt platform was down or unusable for more than 24 consecutive hours.
  • Accidental Renewal: If you meant to cancel but forgot, and you contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge without having used any premium features in the new cycle.

2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • You changed your mind after subscribing.
  • You did not use the features during the subscription period.
  • You were banned for violating our Terms and Conditions.

3. How to Request a Refund
