HiringAnt ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy details how we collect, use, and process your data, specifically regarding our AI-powered recruitment tools, including Resume Parsing and Automated Screening.
Data Collection
From Job Seekers

AI & Third-Party Processing
We use third-party services to power our platform:
- OpenAI: We send anonymized text chunks from resumes and job descriptions to OpenAI API to perform parsing, summarization, and matching. OpenAI does not use this data to train their models.
- Razorpay: Handles all payment processing. Your payment data is subject to Razorpay's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics: Collects anonymous usage data to help us improve the platform.
Data Sharing & Visibility
- Candidates: Your profile is visible to Employers only when you apply to their job or if you opt-in to the public talent pool.
- Employers: Your job postings are public. Your candidate comments/notes are private to your team.
- Legal: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights (e.g., fraud prevention).
Data Retention
We retain your personal data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account via the Dashboard at any time, which effectively scrubs your personal information from our active databases within 30 days.
